ئامانجی ئەم توێژینەوەیە تیشک خستنە سەر گرنگی پێوانەکردنە لە توێژینەوەی زانستیدا، بە جەختکردنەوە لەسەر پێوەر لە توێژینەوەی کۆمەڵایەتیدا و ئەو پێشەوەچوونەی بەخۆیەوە بینیوە، هەروەها ئەو جیاوازی تێڕوانینەی لە زانستە کۆمەڵایەتییەکاندا هەیە لە بارەی پێویستی پێوانەکردن. بۆ روونکردنەوەی پێوانەکردن تیشکخراوەتە سەر چەمکە پەیوەستەکان بە پێوەرەوە وەکو رێلایەبیلیتی، ڤالیدیتی، دڵنیایی، وردی، بابەتیبوون و خودیبوون بەو پێیەی ئەم چەمکانە راستەوخۆ کاریگەرییان لەسەر پرۆسەی پێوانەکردن و دروستکردنی پێوەر هەیە. تێگەیشتن لە پێوانە لە بواری زانستە سروشتییەکان جیاوازە لەو تێگەیشتنەی کە بۆ پێوانە لە زانستە کۆمەڵایەتییەکاندا دەکرێت. دەرکەوت پێوانەکردن لە زانستە سروشتییەکان لە ئاستێکی پێشکەوتووترە بە بەراورد بە زانستە کۆمەڵایەتییەکان. لە کاتێکدا کە ئامانجی پێوانەکردن بەرهەمهێنانی جۆرێکە لە راستیێتی، بەڵام لە بەر ئەوەی کە ڕەنگە هەندێک جار پێوانەکردنەکە توانای پێوانەی تەواوی ئەو شتێک یان پێکهاتەیەکی نەبێت کە ئامانجی پێوانەکردنە. بۆیەش دەکرێت بە دەرئەنجامی هەلە بگەین، پێوانەکەش لە ئاستێکی نزمتر لەو ئاستەی کە لێی چاوەڕوان دەکرێت، دەربکەوێت.
