Arabic language between two identities (disability and inimitability)

The present research tackles the problem that Arabic language faces concerning modernism in both thought and literature. it has to deal with the problem of heritage and modernism, on one hand, as well as the problem of determing the concept of identity between. national thinking and human dimension of the language on the other hand. This research presents multiple axes about the concept of national identity and its relationship with the language it also has to tackle the problem of slang which is spreading among the media and mass communication, such as, commercials, news, Arabization of television series, and scientific reports. The way to treat this problem is by heading. toward the colloquial itself which descends from the standard language this is going to pnhance the confidence between the language user and his heritage and also to break the psychological barriers between the contemporary arabunel this language. Arabic language was accused of being unable to keep up with modernity at the level of concepts and terminology basides. It was accused of being old fashioned as fap as belief and national belonging are concerned. in this research we dealt with a number of reasons that drove some people to turn away from using their own language and made them adopt the colloquial and made foreign expressions. They think that it represents a special high – class belonging which is belter than the Arabic language which is referring to tractions, inactivity, and staying behind .Downloads
