دور القيادة الروحية في تحقيق السعادة في مكان العمل

دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات الإدارة والاقتصاد في عدد من جامعات اقليم كوردستان العراق

الملخص

   يهدف البحث اساساً الى اختبار علاقة الارتباط بين القيادة الروحية والسعادة في مكان العمل لدى اعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، إضافة الى التحقق من تأثير القيادة الروحية في السعادة في مكان العمل، جاءت فكرة البحث من غياب الاهتمام الميداني بمؤشرات السعادة الجامعية، وفضلاً عن غموض في الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه عنصر القيادة في السعادة في مكان العمل. وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتشخيص متغيرات البحث واختبار الفرضيات في كليات الإدارة والاقتصاد في عدد من جامعات اقليم كوردستان العراق، وتمثل مجتمع البحث بـ (875) من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية موزعين على (17) جامعة وكانت العينة مكونة من (287) تدريسي في الكليات المبحوثة، الذين بينوا رأيهم بخصوص اتفاقهم على فقرات الاستبانة. وتم تحليل البيانات بالاعتماد على عدد من الادوات الاحصائية منها المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل الارتباط والانحدار، ونسبة الاستجابة باستخدام برنامج SPSS V.26، وخلص البحث الى وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين القيادة الروحية والسعادة في مكان العمل، وعليه فإن السعادة في مكان العمل لدى اعضاء هيئة التدريس تقترن بتوفر ابعاد القيادة الروحية لدى القيادات الادارية في الجامعات المبحوثة، وأوصى البحث بضرورة توفر مؤشرات تعبر عن الجوانب الروحية لدى القيادة كالسماح للأفراد بممارسة طقوسهم الدينية الخاصة والتعاطف معهم ومشاركتهم في الرؤية والقيم واشعارهم بأهمية وجودهم وجهودهم، وذلك لتعزيز مستويات السعادة في مكان العمل لدى اعضاء هيئة التدريس فضلا عن اقتراح متغيرات اخرى يمكن ان تؤثر في مستويات السعادة في مكان العمل ضمن اطار الدراسات المستقبلية.
