ئارمانجی توێژینه‌وه‌ ناساندنی كاریگه‌ری به‌كارهێنانی ستراتیجیه‌تی فێربونی هه‌ڵگه‌ڕاوه‌ له‌ ده‌ست كه‌وتی خوێندن له‌لایه‌ن قوتابیانی پۆلی هه‌شته‌می بنه‌ڕه‌تی له‌ بابه‌تی زانسته‌كان و گه‌شه‌پێدانی بیركردنه‌وه‌ی قووڵ له‌لایه‌ن ئه‌وانه‌وه‌، بۆ به‌رجه‌سته‌ كردنی ئه‌م ئامانجه‌ش توێژه‌ر دوو گریمانه‌ی بۆش (سفر) ی داناوه‌. هه‌روه‌ك توێژینه‌وه‌كه‌ كورت كراوه‌ته‌وه‌ له‌ سه‌ر كچه‌ قوتابیانی پۆلی هه‌شتی بنه‌ڕه‌تی بۆ ساڵی خوێندنی (2019-2020)ز له‌ قوتابخانه‌ی (تروسكه‌ی بنه‌ڕه‌تی كچان) كه‌ به‌ ڕێگای ویسته‌كی هه‌ڵبژێردراوه‌. هه‌روه‌ها توێژه‌ر پشتی به‌ستووه‌ به‌ نه‌خشه‌ سازی ئه‌زموونی خاوه‌ن كۆمه‌ڵه‌ی ئه‌زمونی و كۆمه‌ڵه‌ی ڕێكخه‌ر (كۆنتڕۆڵ كه‌ر) هه‌روه‌ها به‌ پێی هه‌ردووك تاقی كردنه‌وه‌ی پێش وه‌خته‌ و پاش وه‌خته‌ بۆ بگۆڕی بیركردنه‌وه‌ی (قوڵ) له‌ لایه‌ك و تاقی كردنه‌وه‌ی ڕه‌هه‌ندیش به‌ ته‌نها ده‌رباره‌ی بگۆڕی ده‌ستكه‌وتی خوێندنی، چونكه‌ كۆمه‌ڵه‌ی ئه‌زمونی به‌ پێ ی ستراتیژیه‌تی فێربوونی هه‌ڵگه‌ڕاوه‌ و كۆمه‌ڵه‌ی ڕێكخه‌ریش به‌ پێ ی ڕێگای ئاسایی پرۆسه‌ی فێربوونیان له‌ ماوه‌ی ده‌ست نیشانكراو بۆ توێژینه‌وه‌كه‌ ئه‌نجامداوه‌ . نمونه‌ی توێژینه‌وه‌ (41) قوتابی له‌ خۆ گرتووه‌ كه‌ دابه‌ش بوون به‌سه‌ر (21) قوتابی له‌ كۆمه‌ڵه‌ی ئه‌زمونی و (20) قوتابی له‌ كۆمه‌ڵه‌ی كونترولكراو. و توێژه‌ر هاوسه‌نگی له‌ نێوان هه‌ردوو گرویدا كرد له‌چه‌ند گوراو دا. هه‌روه‌ها بو ئه‌م مه‌به‌سته‌ دوو ئامرازی ئاماده‌ كرد یه‌كه‌م: تاقیكردنه‌وه‌یه‌ك بۆ پێوانه‌ كردنی ده‌ستكه‌وتی خوێندنی به‌ جۆرێك كه‌ ژماره‌ی بڕگه‌كانی (30) بڕگه‌ له‌ جۆری هه‌ڵبژاردنه‌كان به‌ چه‌شنێك كه‌ ده‌رخه‌ری فاكته‌ری قورسای و هێزی جیاكاریه‌كان بوو بۆبڕگه‌كان و كاریگه‌ری جێگره‌وه‌ هه‌ڵه‌كان .دووه‌م: پێوه‌ر بۆ پێوانه‌كردنی بیركردنه‌وه‌ی ڕامانی ( قوڵ) به‌ جۆرێك تێكڕای برگه‌كانی ئه‌م ئامرازه‌ی دووه‌میش گه‌یشته‌ (35)، بڕگه‌، كه‌ ئه‌میشیان دابه‌ش بوو به‌سه‌ر پێنج ره‌ِهه‌نده‌كان(بینین، ئاشكراكردنی هه‌ڵه‌كان، گه‌یشتن به‌ ده‌ر ئه‌نجامه‌كان، به‌خشینی شیكردنه‌وه‌ی قایل كه‌ر (باوه‌ڕ پێ هێنه‌ر)، دانانی چاره‌سه‌ر)، هه‌روه‌ها توێژه‌ر لێكۆڵینه‌وه‌ی له‌ باره‌ی راستی جێگیر بوونی هه‌ردوو ئامرازه‌كان كردووه‌. له‌ دوای كوتای هێنان به‌ ئه‌زموون و جێ به‌ جێكردنی هه‌ردوو ئامرازه‌كان و ده‌رهێنانی زانیاریه‌كان هاوتا له‌گه‌ڵ كار ڕایی ئاماری به‌ به‌كارهێنانی تاقیكردنه‌وه‌ی دوانه‌یی (test.t) ئه‌نجامه‌كان دیاركر كه‌ له‌ ڕاستیدا به‌ كارهێنانی ستراتیژیه‌تی فێربوونی هه‌ڵگه‌ڕاوه‌ بۆ پێدا گوتنه‌وه‌ی بابه‌تی زانسته‌كانی پۆلی (8) بنه‌ڕه‌تی كاریگه‌ری و شوێن پێ ی ئه‌رێنی خۆی هه‌بووه‌ له‌ زیاد كردنی ده‌ست كه‌وتی خوێندنی و له‌ گه‌شه‌ پێدانی بیركردنه‌وه‌ی ڕامانی. هه‌روه‌سا به‌ كارهێنانی ڕێگای ئاسایی به‌كارهاتوو له‌ پێداگۆجی كچه‌ قوتابیانی پۆلی (8) بنه‌ڕه‌تی كاریگه‌ری ئه‌وتۆی شایه‌نی باسكردنی نه‌بووه‌ له‌ گه‌شه‌ پێدانی بیركردنه‌وه‌ی ڕامانی. و له‌رژێر سیبه‌را ئه‌نجامه‌كان توێژه‌ر ڕاسپاردی گرنگی به‌كارهێنانی ستراتیژییه‌تی فێربونی هه‌ڵگه‌ڕاوه‌ له‌به‌ر ئه‌وه‌ی ستراتیژییه‌تێكی نوێ یه‌. له‌گه‌ل پێشنیاركردنی ئه‌نجامدانی چه‌ندین توژینه‌وه‌ له‌ پاشه‌رۆژدا.
