ئەڤ ماوەیێ دئەڤێ ڤەکۆلینێدا لدۆر چاپکرن و وەرگێرانا پەرتووکێن بزمانێ عەرەبى ل ئەوروپا (1475-1710)ێ، هایتە دەست نیشانکرن ب "قۆناغەک گرنگ و دەستپێکى" یا چاپکرنا پەرتووکێن ب زمانێ عەرەبى ل ئەوروپا هاتیە نیاسین، لەوڕا ڤەکۆلین هاتیە تەرخانکرن ژبۆ شرۆڤەکرنەکا هویر ل دۆر پرۆسێسا چاپکرنا پەرتووکێن بزمانێ عەرەبى یاکۆ نڤێسینا زمانێ عەرەبى یێ قۆرئانێ و رێزمانا عەرەبى ل ئەوروپا بخۆڤە دگریت. ئەڤ بابەتە تارادەکێ زۆر هایتە پشت گوهاڤێتن و ژناڤەندێن زانستى یێن کوردى بێ بەهر بوویە، لەوڕا ئەڤ ڤەکۆلینە بزاڤێ دکەت، کۆ هندەک پێشڤەچوونێن دیرۆکى و هەلسەنگاندنێن نوى، دئەڤى بیاڤیدا دیار بکەت، گرنگییەک تایبەت ب ژێدەرێن ئەڤێ پڕۆسیێسا چاپکرنێ، جۆرێ چاپکرنێ و گرنگیێن دى یێن سەرەکى هاتیە دان . ئەڤ ڤەکۆلینە ب ژێدەر و راپۆرتێن دەستپێکى یێن ئینگلیزى هاتیە خەملاندن. ئارمانج ژ ئەڤێ ڤەکۆلینێ ئەوە ڕونکرنا ب ددەت سەر گرنگترین ئەوان پەرتووکێن ب پیت و زمانێ عەرەبى یێن ل ئەوروپا هاتینە چاپکرن و ئارمانجا ئەوروپیان ژ چاپکرنا ئەڤان جۆرە پەرتووکان چ بوو، چونکى پترییا ئەوان پەرتووکێن ئەوروپیان دوەشاندن گرێدایى پەرتووکێن ئایینى و ڕێزمانا عەرەبى بوون. ئەڤ چەندە مژارێن گرنگ دهێنتە بەرچاڤێن خوێنەران کا بۆچى ئەوروپیان دەستپێشخەر بووینە دوەرگێران وچاپکرنا پەرتووکێن ب زمانێ عەرەبى . لدۆیڤ ئەڤى بنەمایى ئەڤ ڤەکۆلینە هەولددەت بەرسڤان چەند پرسیارێن گرنگ یێن ب مژارێن ئەڤێ ڤەکۆلینێ ڤە گرێدایى مینا بۆچى ئەوروپیان بەرێخۆدایە چاپکرن و وەرگێران پەرتووکێن بزمانێ عەرەبى؟، ئایە ئەو پەرتووکێن ئەوان چاپ دکرن گرێدایى چ مژار و بابەت بوون؟، ئایە مەبەستا ئەوروپیان مفا وەرگرتن بۆ ژ ئەوان پەرتووکان یان رەخنەگرتن بۆ ل ئایینێ ئیسلامێ و زمانێ عەرەبى؟ ئایە چاپکرن و وەرگێران ئەڤان پەرتووکێن عەرەبى چ کارتێکرن لسەر هزرا هشیارییا عەرەبان هەبوو؟
