Abstract

The issue of poverty is the cause of all ages since found that disparities in the capacities of human beings and in their aspirations and their livelihoods. Perhaps the most serious consequences of poverty are that it leads to the erosion of human capital that is most precious right to exist. Yet clearly the importance of human wealth, however, the world's attention material and natural wealth was the first of either human wealth has recently indicated an interest. Poverty is the major obstacle to the continuous development and increasing economic growth rates as poverty and deprivation constitutes a threat to peace and political and social stability and security it creates a fertile breeding of various forms of deviation and extremism and unbridled opposition, which has targeted the State itself in the end. The importance of research stems from the fact that the problem of poverty during a global problem, affecting most countries in the world and nearly half the world's population live on less than two dollars a day and one fifth live on less than one dollar per day. With regard to international trade, it is considered a key engine of growth of national income, which in turn has a direct impact on poverty levels. While the problem lies in the search the following question: Is international trade contribute to reducing poverty levels and reducing the number of the poor through its impact on many of the macroeconomic variables? This research aims to identify the theoretical frameworks of the relationship between international trade and liberalization and poverty level, and then identify and measure the impact of international trade on poverty levels for the countries sample research. From this standpoint has been relying on the premise that international trade and commercial opening have a direct impact on poverty levels, as well as the indirect effect through the influence of many macroeconomic variables. For this purpose has been to cover aspects and theoretical frameworks on the subject through the analysis of cross section data.
