Abstract

The political changes that took place in Egypt after the fall of the Fatimid dynasty at the hands of Sultan Salahuddin impact on public life in Egypt under the rule Ayoubi (567-648 AH / 1171-1250 AD) which was supported by the majority of categories of Egyptian society, and enable the Sultan Saladin his policy, and his strong personality that Egypt makes the center of attraction for different groups in society flocked under his rule. Egypt has seen during the period under study mobility socially between the layers of society and its component parts, with the waning influence of some of the elements which occupies the top of the pyramid the class of the society, and were replaced by other elements which confirms the occurrence of radical changes and substantial in the ethnic composition of society, and these changes have led to developments in power, has managed the Kurds that Itbuua a special position in the organizational structure and political, economic and social in Egypt with some of the other categories Kturk and Arabs, as a dhimmi Christians and Jews, an important segment of the segments of Egyptian society, and they had their entries actors in public life and occupied important positions in the administrative Saladin after he had gained the support and care Ayyubid, not dhimmis in isolation from society movement and activity, as was their right to possession, has contributed a greater share in the various fields of life, and enjoyed great freedom under the policy of tolerance Ayoubi. while shrinking the role of some other groups: Arabs and Moroccan(Berberandthe Armenians.
