The purpose of this research is to shed light on one of the seldom works of a traveler and medieval geographer Estakhri (4th AH/ 10th AD), which is the Book of Roads and Kingdoms. This book is specified to all areas that related to Kurds, in terms of their residency as a majority or minority, and it is also about physical and human and even their daily life economically and socially as well. The importance of this research is that explained the contents of the book precisely and accurately, anything related to Kurdish is clearly described, and that is as a necessary research for us as a Kurd, so as to know, how we have been described in the sources, and to know the daily life of our ancestors and how they have lived.Downloads
