Kurdish people considered that the events of September 1961 revolution great leap in all fields, and considered it as a correct path and return to the principles of the July revolution in 1958 in Iraq, and considered this revolution as an extension of the events on the Iraqi arena since 1958. It has permeated the events of that revolution strikes works and events of negotiations between Kurds and the Iraqi government as well as clashes between the two sides.In this research will shed light on some of what it wrote and addressed in the American press about traffic events, through extrapolation newspaper Middle East Journal, where the purpose of this paper quarterly to address the American reader's awareness of political, economic and cultural problems related to US foreign policy toward the Middle East countries.Researcher wills also comparing what came in this newspaper with some reported and documents of the US Department (FRUS), and so is standing on the sincerity and seriousness of the impact on those historical writing studies, to see the impact of those writings on the interpretation of historical information.
