The justice process inside the institution in which individuals work and ending with the comprehensive justice in social, economical and scientific aspects. The humanitarian relations have recently deviated to a dangerous route with many forms like increase of hatred among nations, aggressive views among peoples and the methods by which nations treat each other, these phenomena are regarded to be risky alarms foretelling that huge humanitarian disasters will occur only the lord the creator of heavens and earth knows their effects when they are ongoing , so the humanitarian duty urge all the wise from all over the communities of the world to co-ordinate and co-operate to limit the cruelty and aggression among nations and societies in order to achieve the proper methods for strengthening lovely relations and brotherhood among human beings, therefore the comprehensive justice is one of the most essential aids to obtain this grand dream of humanity Saeed al-Norsi, may Allah bless his soul, death perfectly with this topic within his letters which are called the letter of al-nor (the letters of light), he focused on justice fulfillment comprehensively among the members of the community and among the humanitarian societies themselves so as to reconstruct the relation once again is solid foundations when there is no anguish nor oppression because human beings, as al-Norsi referred to, share in humanitarian brotherhood which connects them together and to be used as a principle to prevent destruction and also to encourage coexistence.
