Abstract

The book that written to criticize prose in our Arabic Literature are not as what is said to Criticize poetry either on the level of quality or quantity. We can say that difference between them is great. Whatever writers of prose do to select good words &expression they cannot reach the level of poets therefore its importance is decreased. What we wont to denote here is that poetry has a great chance of criticism more than prose through the seminars & meetings among s poets and critics whom they could discover the beauty of poetry expressions and meanings while prose didn’t get that interest. We can notice that the critical opinions that dealt with prose are less than those which dealt with poetry, This made its influence extended to include rhetorical arts which described as critical criterions. Whatever it is we shall try to discover the figure of speech which used by the critics and students to say their critical opinions about prose production and what their writings include from critical observations that related with. Figure of speech, They used the most popular arts as a road to discover what hidden in prose working on the way of the writers according to the sequence of time since the date of their death.
