The researcher assessed the effect of this method in developing the special characterization characteristics and achievement in the research sample. The researcher prepared a curriculum in this method and took 8 weeks and 16 training units at the rate of two units per week. The researcher used the experimental semi-experimental method in both the tribal and post-test methods for one sample. The study sample consisted of the average distance sprinters for the 800-meter elite. They are the champions of Iraq for the 2017-2018 sports season. The number of (7) players. The researcher also conducted the homogeneity among the sample members. Experts and specialists in the field of athletics, sports training, tests and measurement. The researcher used the statistical bag to extract the results of the research. The researcher concluded that the technique of training (low intensity) directly affected the development of the special characterization (power handling, speed handling), the existence of statistically significant differences in favor of the post-test in physical tests where there are statistical differences And for the post-test in the variable achievement</p> ER -
