Abstract

Our research include study of the blind judges in Islamic history, as we know that the judge is considered as an important eliminates of obligatory prayers in Islam, all well restored security and stability, and for this the God Almighty laws and sent prophets and ordered them elimination, The Qur’an and the prophet’s approach are the primary source of Islamic legislation. And judiciary in Islam is the finest and greatest positions, has gone through the elimination stages and evolution through time, and the research includes the introduction and definition of the institution of the judiciary, recipes of judge and the conditions set by Islam for those administering justice, as well as focused on prescription safety of the senses, including the safety of sight, and the statement is permissible and prevented according to four Sunni schools, as well as the hard work in doctrinal matters, also touched search justice system in Islamic history, with male models for the judges in office despite the loss of the sense of sight, and differed those in denominations because of different owners in the diligence approaches, and then the most important inclusion of the results, it turned out of the research.
